Where to find me
I work online via Zoom from my private therapy room with clients who are based across the UK as well as locally.
I meet with clients for outdoor therapy sessions in several of Cardiff’s beautiful green spaces, including formal gardens or wilder landscapes.
In-person sessions in the therapy room currently take place at the Body Mind Clinic, 128 Newport Road, Cardiff CF24 1 DH. There is private parking on-site, accessible from the city centre and elsewhere on a number of bus routes, and within walking distance of Queen Street Station.
